Cohen Veterans Network (CVN)

Global not-for-profit network of outpatient mental health clinics for post-9/11 veterans, active-duty service members including Guard and Reserve, and their families. Established in 2016 by philanthropist Steven A. Cohen with a $275 million commitment to build the network; marked ten years of operation in February 2026. Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinics operate in high-need communities nationwide, often near major installations, with trained clinicians delivering evidence-based care for depression, anxiety, PTSD, military transition challenges, anger, grief and loss, relationship and family issues, and children's behavioral problems. Accepts most major insurance including TRICARE, and provides CVN Telehealth face-to-face video therapy so care is reachable statewide from any clinic. Clinics also provide comprehensive case management for social drivers of health including employment, finances, and housing. Board chaired by Gen. Joseph L.
