Anonymous, crowdsourced review platform for military barracks, dining facilities, gyms, medical clinics, and other on-base facilities — built in 2023 by Robert Evans, a former Army sergeant with 12 years in the Army Reserve and North Carolina National Guard, after a GAO report documented mold, pest infestations, and structural failures in barracks across ten installations. Often described as 'Yelp for the enlisted.' Service members from all branches rate conditions and upload photos without attaching name or rank; the app can auto-file the review to DISA ICE, the official DoD feedback channel that reaches installation leadership. Evans has since briefed the Secretary of the Army, spoken alongside the congressional Quality of Life Panel, and joined a DoD barracks task force. The team also publishes original investigative research on barracks maintenance contracting and military dining. Companion platform VetStats extends the same anonymous-review model to VA clinics and medical centers — rating service quality, mental health care access, and wait times.
