Student Veterans of America (SVA)

National organization supporting veterans in higher education through a network of more than 1,500 chapters on college and university campuses across the country and abroad. Chapters provide peer community, mentorship, and a bridge from military to student life; nationally, SVA advocates on the GI Bill and education policy, runs leadership and career programming, and conducts research on veteran academic outcomes through its Million Records Project. Best known for helping student veterans persist to graduation. Free; chapters are student-led.
