PATRIOTlink (Code of Support Foundation)

Free, cloud-based resource navigation platform built and operated by the Code of Support Foundation, developed out of the frustration its own peer navigators felt trying to find resources for clients in crisis. Now open with no sign-up or login required. Filters vetted services by eligibility criteria rather than by program category, using service era, disability rating, discharge status, deployment history, and geographic coverage, so results reflect what a given veteran actually qualifies for. Inclusion is deliberately narrow: a listed organization must provide a direct, cost-free service or opportunity and must be fiscally responsible and financially transparent. Piloted from 2016 across 50+ organizations including Catholic Charities, the National Guard, the American Red Cross military and caregiver network, Elizabeth Dole Foundation, Volunteers of America, USO, and Homes For Our Troops. Backed by a December 2018 MOU with the VA Veterans Experience Office.
