Team Rubicon

Founded in 2010 by two Marine veterans after the Haiti earthquake — Team Rubicon deploys veteran volunteers to disaster zones and underserved communities, giving veterans a continued mission after service. 175,000+ veteran volunteers, 1,000+ operations in 60+ countries and across the United States. Three core programs: disaster response (deploying trained veteran strike teams to wildfire, hurricane, flood, and tornado zones), skilled volunteer programs (construction, demolition, logistics), and international humanitarian operations. Veterans earn Rubicon training credentials in chainsaw operation, construction, emergency response, and medical triage — building new skills while serving.
