UF Veterans Entrepreneurship Program (VEP)

Free, rigorous, nationally competitive entrepreneurship program for disabled veterans and those who have uniquely distinguished themselves in the military — hosted by the University of Florida Warrington College of Business. Founded 2013 by Dr. Michael Morris. Three phases: online self-study and concept development (5 weeks), intensive residential bootcamp in Gainesville FL (8 days with top faculty and entrepreneurs), and 8 months of mentorship and venture development. Hosts ~40 veterans annually. All costs covered including travel, lodging, and meals for the bootcamp phase. Requires honorable discharge AND service-connected disability OR service-distinguished recognition.
