Boulder Crest Foundation
Serves: Nationwide, VA
Post-traumatic growth programs for veterans and first responders, including the Warrior PATHH retreat.
Origin & mission
Ken Falke, a 21-year Navy EOD veteran, founded Boulder Crest in 2013 on land he donated in the Virginia countryside. The premise was radical: rather than treating veterans as broken and in need of fixing, build a program grounded in post-traumatic growth theory — the science of how people become stronger through adversity. Boulder Crest's Warrior PATHH program is a 7-day residential retreat that is explicitly not a clinical treatment program but a growth experience.
